Risk Policy
Understand the risks before connecting your account, setting limits or starting to trade with EloX.
Updated on
01About this policy
This policy explains the main risks associated with EloX, the automation technology accessed through Conectelo, and with trades carried out in the user’s own account. Also read the terms that apply to the service and the rules of the exchange, wallet and protocols you use.
Conectelo provides education about the new economy and access to technology. Educational content and automation do not replace an individual assessment of your financial situation, objectives and ability to bear losses.
02Technology identification
Conectelo identifies INOVACRYPTO Ltd., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands under number 1989424, as the holder of the technology. This identification should be considered together with the agreement applicable to the user.
Access to the software does not transfer ownership of the technology to the user. Usage rights, commercial conditions and each participant’s responsibilities should be set out in the contractual documents.
03Price movements and liquidity
Digital asset prices can change sharply and quickly, including outside business hours. News, changes in liquidity and the actions of other participants can affect the value of positions and account balances.
An order may be filled at a different price than expected, filled only in part or not filled at all. During low liquidity or sharp price movements, it may not be possible to reduce or close a position on the desired terms.
04Leverage and liquidation
Leverage increases market exposure and can accelerate losses. If the available margin becomes insufficient, the exchange or protocol may liquidate positions under its rules without waiting for the user’s decision.
With cross margin, different positions may use the same collateral and affect other account funds. Before trading, understand the margin type, liquidation criteria and amounts at risk.
05Limits of automation
EloX executes instructions and uses parameters defined for trading. Models, signals, data and settings may lead to decisions that are unsuitable for a particular market condition. Past performance, simulations and demonstrations do not assure future results.
Maximum daily loss, trade counts and other limits are control mechanisms, not a guarantee of execution or preservation of your balance. Delays, price movements, open positions and technical failures may cause actual losses to exceed the expected amount.
Protective orders depend on market conditions and the functioning of the exchange or protocol. A trigger price does not guarantee execution at that same price.
06Permissions, pausing and disconnection
The intended EloX connection authorizes trading without withdrawal permission. Check the permissions in the exchange environment before connecting and whenever a change occurs. Never give your recovery phrase or private key to the support team.
The absence of withdrawal permission does not prevent trading losses. Compromised trading credentials can be misused even when they do not allow withdrawals.
Pausing automation or revoking the connection does not automatically close positions that are already open. Monitor those positions and their protective orders directly on the exchange; protections depend on the infrastructure and applicable rules.
07Exchanges, networks and infrastructure
The service depends on its own and third-party systems, including exchanges, APIs, networks, wallets and connectivity providers. Maintenance, outages, congestion, outdated data, vulnerabilities and interface changes may delay, prevent or affect trades.
Protocols and smart contracts may contain programming errors or suffer attacks. Network events, changes to protocol rules and problems with bridges between networks may also compromise access to assets or result in losses.
Continuous availability cannot be assured. Users should know how to monitor their accounts and act directly on the exchange if automation is unavailable.
08Digital assets and USDC
USDC and other assets used in trading carry their own risks. A stablecoin’s market price may deviate from its expected reference value. Issuers, reserves, redemption rules, freezes and third-party services may affect its use.
Transfers to the wrong address, asset or network may be irreversible. Check all details before transferring and verify compatibility between the wallet, network and asset. Conversions, bridges and transactions may involve additional fees and delays.
Amounts shown in USDC are not a promise of availability in Brazilian reais or preservation of purchasing power. Exchange-rate movements and conversion costs may change the final amount received.
09Costs and commercial conditions
Exchange fees, network costs, conversion, position funding and other charges may reduce trading results. These costs may apply even when a trade ends in a loss.
Service charges should follow the amounts, calculation methods and conditions presented when signing up. Read those conditions before activating automation and clarify any questions with the team.
10Before you begin
Only use funds you can afford to lose. Do not put money needed for essential expenses at risk or base decisions solely on demonstrations, promotional materials or other people’s accounts.
Protect your devices, access and recovery methods. Review permissions and configured limits, monitor your account and keep records of trades and charges. Technology does not remove the need for this monitoring.
Check usage restrictions, tax obligations and rules applicable to your place of residence and the chosen operation. If necessary, seek independent professional advice before signing up or trading.
11Informed decisions and responsibilities
Before connecting an account, users should understand how the technology works, the permissions granted, costs and the risks described in this policy. Reading this page alone does not record acceptance or replace the contracting process.
This policy does not guarantee results or remove user rights or responsibilities established by applicable law. Relationships between participants and the service provided must follow the agreements actually entered into.
12Updates and questions
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in technology, services used or identified risks. Check the version date and review the content before changing how you use EloX.
If any risk, permission or condition is unclear, ask the Conectelo team before connecting your account or starting new trades.
