Understand the rules for accessing Conectelo’s website, its relationship with EloX and the precautions needed before signing up or trading.

01Who is responsible for the service
INOVACRYPTO Ltd., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands under number 1989424, is responsible for contracting the services presented by Conectelo and processing data in the activities described in the Privacy Policy. Conectelo also identifies it as the holder of the technology.
The contact for legal matters, questions about these terms and requests related to contracting is legal@conectelo.ai. Contractual documents must identify the responsible company and the conditions actually offered to the user.
02What Conectelo offers
Conectelo presents educational content about the new economy and access to EloX, technology that automates trading in the user’s own account. This website explains that offering, its risks and the available ways to get assistance.
Conectelo does not present itself as a financial institution or exchange, does not accept investment deposits through this website and does not manage third-party funds. Educational content, examples and demonstrations do not replace an individual assessment of your situation and ability to bear losses.
Subscribing to the application, opening an account and using exchanges and protocols require separate steps and documents. An image, example or suggested type of assistance on the website is not activation of those services.
03Access and information provided
You may browse the corporate pages without creating an account. To sign up and trade, you must have the necessary legal capacity, meet the exchange’s or protocol’s requirements and provide accurate information whenever requested.
The account used for trading must be your responsibility and used lawfully. Do not provide another person’s information or authorizations unless you are entitled to do so.
The form displays guidance in the browser and sends your request to hello@conectelo.ai through Hostinger. It does not complete app registration or reserve an appointment. A suggested type of assistance is not automatic approval to sign up.
04Your account and trading permissions
EloX is intended to trade through a connection authorized by the user, without withdrawal permission. Before connecting, check in the exchange environment which permissions are being granted and which funds they apply to.
Keep your access secure. The support team does not need your recovery phrase or private key. Compromised trading credentials can cause losses even without withdrawal access.
You must monitor your account, positions and granted authorizations. The absence of withdrawal permission does not eliminate trading risks or replace security precautions.
05Automation limits and risks
Trading is subject to price movements, liquidity, leverage, liquidation, technical failures and third-party rules. You may lose some or all of the funds exposed. There is no promise of future results.
Exposure limits, daily loss limits and trade counts are control mechanisms. They do not assure execution at an expected price or prevent a loss from exceeding an estimated amount under certain market conditions or infrastructure failures.
Read the Risk Policy before connecting your account or changing parameters. Demonstrations and past results should not be treated as a performance commitment.
06Billing and information before signing up
The model presented for EloX includes a performance fee on the period’s positive results, collected through a monthly invoice. Browsing the website or sending the contact form does not create this charge.
Before signing up, users must be informed of the percentage, calculation basis and period, treatment of deposits, withdrawals, costs and losses, payment conditions and dispute criteria. These conditions must be included in the proposal and agreement presented before the user confirms.
Exchange, network, conversion and position funding fees may be charged by third parties and should be considered separately. Check the details and source of an invoice before paying; do not send funds to a recipient you cannot verify.
07Pausing, disconnection and termination
You can pause automation and revoke permissions in the environment where the connection was authorized. Pausing or revoking the connection does not automatically close existing open positions. Check those positions and their orders directly on the exchange.
Termination of the contractual relationship may be requested through the legal contact. Applicable conditions must explain the procedure, effects on access and calculation of any amounts owed, without creating charges not disclosed before signing up.
Cancellation, refund requests and any applicable withdrawal rights must follow applicable law and valid contractual conditions. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
08Appropriate use of the website and technology
Do not use the website or service for fraud, unauthorized access, attacks, infringement of third-party rights or other unlawful activities. Do not attempt to obtain information, accounts or credentials you are not authorized to access.
Protective measures may restrict access in response to abuse, incidents or legal orders. They must be proportionate to the reason and do not prevent users from asking for explanations, challenging a measure or exercising their rights.
09Content, brands and technology
Content, brands and software components belong to their respective owners. Accessing the website or purchasing a usage license does not transfer ownership of the technology or brands.
Respect usage rights, the terms of the purchased license and uses permitted by law. Partner or media brands on the site do not represent a promise of performance, a guarantee of trading results or permission to use their brands in other materials.
10Availability and responsibilities
The website and EloX depend on third-party infrastructure and services. Maintenance, outages, API changes and network problems may affect access and trading. Continuous availability cannot be assured.
Each participant is responsible for their duties according to their role, the agreement and applicable law. Market risks and third-party events do not automatically remove liability for failures attributable to the provider.
Nothing in these terms establishes a general waiver of rights, absolute exclusion of liability or an obligation to bear charges and losses that are not legally attributable to the user.
11Privacy and personal data
The Privacy Policy explains how information is processed during browsing and communications with the team, identifies the responsible party and provides a contact for exercising rights. The application and other services must explain any additional processing in the environment where it occurs.
Reading these terms does not constitute general consent to advertising or any use of personal data. Where an activity requires consent, it must be obtained specifically.
12Contracting and changes to the terms
Subscribing to EloX requires prior presentation of applicable conditions and a separate confirmation procedure. Visiting pages, reading documents or clicking an informational link alone does not record a contract or authorize trading on the exchange.
The date identifies this page’s version. Significant changes to the conditions of a contracted service must be communicated appropriately and follow applicable procedures, without retroactively imposing conditions that were not accepted.
If presentation materials differ from the offer, agreement or a mandatory rule, rights guaranteed by law must be respected. Clarify any differences before confirming the contract.
13Questions and legal assistance
For clarification of these terms, information about contracting or to raise a dispute, write to legal@conectelo.ai. Describe the matter and provide a way to reply, without sending passwords or trading credentials.
Seek clarification before connecting your account or making a payment. The contact channel does not restrict access to authorities, consumer protection bodies or the competent courts under applicable law.
