Learn how information is handled on Conectelo’s website and in communications with the team, and how to exercise your rights.

01Who is responsible for your data
INOVACRYPTO Ltd., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands under number 1989424, is responsible for processing personal data in the Conectelo activities described in this policy. In this context, it acts as the controller, defining the purposes and conditions of that processing.
The contact for privacy matters and exercising rights is legal@conectelo.ai. The company’s foreign incorporation does not remove the rights and data protection rules applicable when serving people in Brazil.
02What this policy covers
This policy covers Conectelo’s corporate website and information supplied to the team in communications related to the website and assistance. It describes the current form, page browsing and communications you initiate.
Using the EloX application may involve additional registration, connection and trading information. Those activities need to be explained within the application itself, identifying the responsible parties, required data and purposes. The corporate website’s form does not collect your exchange account information.
Exchanges, wallets, networks and third-party websites follow their own practices. Read their notices before creating accounts, connecting services or providing information in those environments.
03What happens with the form
The fields shown are name, WhatsApp or email, investment capacity range, experience and an optional question. You can choose “Prefer not to say” for the investment range. You do not need to disclose your exact balance, submit documents or provide credentials.
Your choices display guidance on the page itself. When you send the form, the fields go to a Conectelo service hosted by Hostinger and are forwarded by email to hello@conectelo.ai. The sending service does not keep a registration database or store the fields in browser local storage; the request is recorded in the team’s mailbox. The team confirms next steps and appointment availability.
The service uses a temporary session and a necessary cookie to validate submissions, as well as temporary technical counters to limit abuse. These counters do not store the request fields. Browser features such as autofill follow your own settings. Only provide information necessary for assistance.
05How data is used
Each processing activity must have a defined purpose and an appropriate legal basis. Simply browsing is not a general authorization to use your data for any activity.
- Responding to requests and guiding a possible contract: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and, once contracted, performance of the contract.
- Delivering and protecting the website, diagnosing failures and preventing abuse: legitimate interest, where appropriate, with an assessment of necessity and respect for data subjects’ rights.
- Meeting legal requirements, responding to authorities and preserving evidence: compliance with legal or regulatory obligations and the regular exercise of rights, as applicable.
- Activities that require consent: specific, informed authorization that can be withdrawn. A request for assistance is not consent to indiscriminate advertising.
07Who data may be shared with
To the extent necessary for the purposes described, information may be processed by hosting, security and communications providers, as well as people authorized to provide assistance. Access must be limited to each participant’s tasks and applicable confidentiality and data protection conditions.
Data may also be provided to authorities where there is a legal obligation, a valid order or a need to exercise rights. Requests must be assessed for their purpose and the scope of information needed.
This policy does not authorize selling personal data or indiscriminately sending information to partners. A brand’s presence on the site does not mean visitor data is shared with that company.
08Processing outside Brazil
Hosting and communications services may use infrastructure in more than one country. Information processed by those services may therefore involve international data transfers.
Where this occurs, the mechanisms and requirements of applicable law must be observed, including the rules of Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority. Information about destinations, providers, purposes and applicable safeguards may be requested through the privacy contact.
INOVACRYPTO Ltd.’s headquarters in the British Virgin Islands do not, by themselves, indicate where each piece of data is stored or replace identification of transfers actually made.
09Retention and security
Information provided during assistance should be retained for as long as needed to follow up on the request, meet legal or contractual obligations and exercise rights. The period depends on the type of record and its purpose; there is no single retention period for all information.
Once no longer needed, data should be deleted or anonymized, subject to legally permitted retention. Requests sent through the form remain in the team’s mailbox and should follow the handling and retention criteria for assistance.
Data protection requires access controls and administrative and technical care proportionate to the processing. No environment is free from incidents. Incidents must be assessed and reported to data subjects and the authority when required by law.
10Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request:
- Confirmation that processing takes place and access to your data.
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated information.
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in violation of the law.
- Portability, subject to regulations, and information about sharing with other entities.
- Information about the option not to consent and its consequences, withdrawal of consent and deletion of data processed on that basis, subject to legal exceptions.
- Objection to unlawful processing and review of decisions based solely on automated processing that affect your interests, where applicable.
11How to exercise your rights
Write to legal@conectelo.ai, describing your request and providing a way to reply. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to prevent your data from being given to someone else. Do not send passwords or access keys.
Requests will be handled free of charge, in the manner and within the deadlines required by law. Some rights depend on circumstances and retention obligations; if a request cannot be fully met, the response should explain why.
The form’s guidance is calculated locally from your selected range. It does not approve credit, contracts or financial transactions, and does not create a decision record about your profile.
If your request is not handled satisfactorily, you may contact Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority and other competent bodies, keeping a record of your earlier contact with the controller.
12Updates to this policy
This policy must reflect the website’s actual practices. Adding new collection, integrations or purposes requires a review of the information provided and, where necessary, a new choice by the data subject.
Check the version date. Changes do not remove existing rights or turn previous website use into consent for new purposes.
